Orders are processed by our warehouse and subsequently entrusted to our couriers. When your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive a "shipment confirmation" email containing the link to access online tracking, with which you can follow the progress of your shipment.

The customer can return the order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of receiving the package and obtain a full online refund, exchange or in-store credit.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent. Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

taken care of by our operators and you will receive by email all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The refund is made upon receipt of the package and only following quality control of the returned items.

For orders paid by credit card, processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued therein
currency of original purchase (EURO).

Shipping costs cannot be returned.
