Japanese Powerhouse BEAMS Just Revealed a New, Muted Colorway for the Salomon XA PRO 1 GTX

Salomon and BEAMS return to unveil their fifth collaborative project. Taking to Salomon’s vaults, the XA PRO 1 GTX silhouette dates as far back as 2001. As has become the duo’s hallmark, the latest release side-steps the world of “fashion” and catchy colors for a design that focuses on utility and comfort.

The sneaker features a waterproof GORE-TEX upper in a medley of grey and black, and is completed with an elasticated lacing column, branded heel, and a high-traction EVA outsole. Despite being built for all conditions, the XA PRO 1 GTX retains a distinctly casual appeal that can be worn in just about any setting.
