This Shox Z blends throwback tech with a look inspired Kitten Heels. The upper features a mesh that keeps things breathable. Wave-like ridges along the sides give the shoe texture. No sew overlays around the toe and laces add subtle structure. Nike’s familiar dual Shox columns return, but this time they’re paired with a lifted heel design.
