The customer may return their order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of receiving the package, by requesting a refund or an exchange. Free returns are provided exclusively for items from our "One Block Down" brand. For all other items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, washing, or alterations. Footwear soles must be free of any signs of wear. The product can be dropped off directly at one of our stores, by following the instructions received via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and quality control of the returned items. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method as the original purchase. For orders paid with a credit card, processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.

In the case of returns from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties or handling fees paid to the courier for receiving the return will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.
