Shipping in Europe

• FedEx - Free Shipping for orders over €300.00
• FedEx - Cost of €15.00 for orders under €300.00
• DHL - Cost of €18.00 for orders under €300.00
• INPOST - Cost of €9.50 for orders under €200.00
• INPOST - Free Shipping for orders over €200.00

Orders with high volume or weight — for example, 3 or more pairs of footwear in the same order — are subject to a surcharge of €35.00.
When this surcharge is applied, free shipping is not available, regardless of the order value.

Return Policy

Customers may return their order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving the package to obtain a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, washing, or alteration. Footwear soles must be free of any signs of wear.
To initiate a return, register your order at the following Link. Our team will provide shipping instructions for the return via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The refund will be issued upon receipt and quality check of the returned items. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and using the same payment method as the original purchase. For orders paid by credit card, processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank. In the case of returns from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties or handling fees paid to the courier for receiving the return will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.
