Air Max Plus "Sunset"

The Air Max Plus “Sunset” draws inspiration from the stunning sunsets along Florida’s beaches, and it’s all in the name. Sean McDowell, the Nike designer, shared in 2017 that the initial trio of colorways for the Air Max Plus aimed to capture various phases of the sky: evening, the starry night, and sunrise. This special edition boasts black TPU overlays that mimic the swaying palm trees in the breeze. The mesh panels sport a vibrant orange hue to mirror the sun’s fading glow. Notably, the midsole shank takes on the form of a whale’s tail emerging from the water. Underneath, you’ll find a series of Air Max cushioning units, ensuring your comfort throughout the day.
