Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Customers may return their order, in whole or in part, within 14 days of receiving the package for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, washing or alteration. The soles of the shoes must be free of signs of use. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and quality control of the returned items. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and on the same payment method used for the original purchase. For orders paid by credit card, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
In the case of returns from outside the European Union, any customs duties or handling fees paid to the courier for receiving the return will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.
