About the Loyalty Program

Points Expiration: Points expire 180 days (6 months) after your last activity (earning or usage).

Expiration Renewal: Every time you use or accumulate points, the expiration updates by 6 months .

Points Crediting: Earned points will be added to your balance within 24 hours of completing an action.

Redeem Rewards: Once you have accumulated enough points, you can unlock a reward in the “How to Spend Points” section of your profile. The reward will appear in “Available Rewards” and will be automatically applied at checkout.

Expiration Date: You can check the current expiration date of your points in your profile .

VIP Level Validity: VIP levels achieved remain valid for 1 calendar year .

NB: VIP levels, having a validity based on the calendar year, include points accumulated from February 7th , the start date of our service.
