Customers may return their order, in full or in part, within 14 days of receiving the package to obtain a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use, washing, or alteration. Footwear soles must be free of any signs of wear.

Refund Policy

In the case of returns from countries outside the European Union, any customs duties or handling fees paid to the courier for receiving the return will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer.
